my name is Olivia and I’m 16.
Basically, all you need to know is that I’m a nerdy-geeky-science-loving freak who spends far too much time on the internet. I reside in Liverpool (or Liverpewl, depending on how scouse you think I may or may not be).
I’m pretty boring and fairly typical in all honesty, but,
If you want to know more, then read on:
I’m currently doing my A-levels, in which I do Physics, Maths, Chemistry and History - so if I ever complain about how much work I have, I BLOODY WELL MEAN IT.
I want to become either a nuclear, theoretical or particle physicist when I’m a bit older, and rub shoulders with the next ‘Albert Einstein’s, Richard Feynmans and Maxwells’ of the world. I might not get there, but I’ll sure as hell try.
As you can probably see, I absolutely adore Professor Brian Cox because he’s just so lovely and clever (and Carl Sagan is a bit you know… dead). I also love Alex Day (Nerimon) and PJ Liguori (KickThePJ) because they are the most adorable men on the internet. I’m a nerdfighter, and reducing world suck is just part of my escape from my labyrinth.
I stargaze with my beaut of a telescope, but I also really enjoy learning - Everything from history, quantum mechanics to art and some fine literature. I also love Professor Layton, Pokemon, The Legend of Zelda and tea.
I also do a fair bit of baking, like cakes and pastry and tarts and stuff (things that make you really fat if you eat too many). I live in Cath Kidston because I love pretty, girly, delicate things.
If you want to talk to me about all the lame things I love, don’t hesitate to pop it in my ask.
Here is an adorable storm chasing Brian gif just for looking.
